RETURNS
We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product(s) purchased from our website, but if for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your purchase in UNWORN condition within 14 days of receipt of goods along with copy of your receipt of purchase. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. 
To request a return, you will need an authorization number, please CLICK HERE to request an RA# for your return.

EXCHANGES

• Standard shipping on exchange orders is free of charge
• Refunds are only issued if you choose to return your item instead of exchanging (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
• Items must be returned following the instructions outlined in our Returns section

Price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase on pellemoda.us

* STANDARD GROUND (4 - 8 business days) - Free shipping on orders over $75.00 and $10.00 on orders under $75.00

* EXPRESS SHIPPING (2 - 4 business days) - $20.00 for 2^nd Day Air and $40.00 for Next Day Air.

* Shipping rates for Standard Ground and Express Shipping are calculated based on the final weight of each order. 

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing days do not include National and Federal Holidays. 

Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday - Sunday will ship the following Monday.
