If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase in sellable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges, returns or credit purchases from any other online and/or retail store besides Pelle Moda.

RETURNS
We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product(s) purchased from our website, but if for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your purchase in UNWORN condition within 14 days of receipt of goods along with copy of your receipt of purchase. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
To request a return, you will need an authorization number, please CLICK HERE to request an RA# for your return.

Domestic Return Shipping Fees
A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

$10.00 for the first pair
$3.00 for each additional pair in the same return shipment

How It Works
Once your return is initiated, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. The applicable return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund once your return is processed.

Returns are processed during regular business hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm pst

EXCHANGES

Need a different color or size? We’ve made exchanges simple.

To request an exchange, start your return through our returns portal and select Exchange. In the Notes field, please include the size or color you’d like instead. Once submitted, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. After your return is on its way, your new pair will be shipped out.

Please note:

Standard shipping on exchange orders is free of charge
Refunds are only issued if you choose to return your item instead of exchanging (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
Items must be returned following the instructions outlined in our Returns section

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders are charged at checkout. This will secure your item for early access.

We will ship as soon as its ready. Estimated ship date are on the product page.

You can cancel anytime before it ships.

If your order an in stock item and pre-order item, they will ship separately. You will receive tracking info for both.

ADJUSTMENT
Price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase on pellemoda.us
Price adjustments are only eligible for stock items with same style, color and size.

SHIPPING METHOD & FEES

* STANDARD GROUND (4 - 8 business days) - Free shipping on orders over $75.00 and $10.00 on orders under $75.00

* EXPRESS SHIPPING (2 - 4 business days) - $20.00 for 2^nd Day Air and $40.00 for Next Day Air.

* Shipping rates for Standard Ground and Express Shipping are calculated based on the final weight of each order.

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing days do not include National and Federal Holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday - Sunday will ship the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship internationally worldwide!

Please allow 10-15 days for international orders too arrive after shipping confirmation. Shipping rates vary by location. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, International orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
